Scanner for 1D and 2D codes
With the AS6802 scanner, you can scan both 1D and 2D codes. 1D codes are also known as linear barcodes, the traditional striped barcodes. These codes can contain information such as product prices, inventory numbers, and identification numbers. They are commonly used in retail, logistics, and inventory management. The more advanced 2D codes consist of a matrix of dots, squares, or other shapes and are known in the form of QR codes and Data Matrix codes. These codes can contain not only numerical and alphanumerical data but also URLs and location information. The Altec barcode scanner is compatible with both types of codes.
