This laminate is only applicable in combination with the Altec HotPaintCard.
Altec HotPaintCards are special flexible cards with a protective laminate. You attach these labels to metal parts or structures before the blasting and powder coating process. After treatment, you remove the protective laminate and the HotPaintCard remains perfectly legible and scannable. This allows you to use QR and barcodes even during heavy-duty blasting and powder coating or wet painting.
The Altec HotPaintCard has a temperature resistance of up to 220 °C and features a handy notch that makes it easy to remove the protective laminate from the card.
Instant lamination
With the CL-2 Card laminator you can laminate large quantities of PVC cards instantly. With a simple action, you can perfectly laminate up to 20 cards per minute. This saves a lot of time compared to manual lamination, which can be done with the CL-1 Card laminator. If you place the CL-2 laminator in line with the ICP-410, you can automatically laminate cards after printing. The ICP-410 sends the card directly to the CL-2 laminator so it is automatically laminated after printing.
