Component coding

Component coding refers to labeling electrical components and circuit boards. This makes even the most complex control cabinets in panel building easier to manage. Because each part is quickly traceable, you save a great deal of time during assembly, repair, and service work. The labels are equipped with a static-dissipative adhesive to prevent damage to components caused by electrostatic discharge (ESD). In addition, they are heat-resistant and can be flame-retardant, making them safe to use on cables, wires, or battery packs.

Print labels for circuit boards and electrical components

Our labels for circuit boards and electrical components, also known as PCB labels, can be printed in-house using a label printer. With the ATP-300 Pro, you can easily print labels for component identification. For printing very small labels, we recommend the ATP-600 Pro. This label printer is similar to the ATP-300 Pro but offers even higher print resolution, making it ideal for printing compact text and barcodes on small labels. Our PCB labels offer many advantages that make component labeling easier:

  • Time savings during service work by enabling quick traceability of components
  • High-quality polyester with clear and sharp print results
  • Equipped with a static-dissipative adhesive to protect components from electrostatic discharge (ESD)
  • Heat-resistant labels available with a temperature range of up to 350ºC

Component labels

Our Component labels can be used to identify everything from small electrical components to complete circuit boards. With our labels, you save significant time during assembly or production, as well as during repairs, service, and warranty work.

Polyimide labels

Are you looking for component labels that meet flame-retardant certifications and offer a wider temperature range? Then take a look at our Polyimide labels. These labels have a temperature range from 70°C to 350°C and are UL-94 VTM-0 certified.
