Ultrathin welding label resistant to temperatures up to 450°C
Welding label | 38x19 mm | White | Extra thin | 1.000 per rollThis aluminum weld label is resistant to extreme temperatures (+450°C) generated during welding. Weld spatter poses no problem for this label. Barcodes and information such as project numbers or WPS numbers remain perfectly legible and scannable. The Weld Label is extra thin and adheres well to curved and round metal surfaces.
This label provides a solution for marking steel according to the NEN-1090 standard, which all steel and/or aluminum processing companies in Europe are required to comply with. This standard requires that all components of a load-bearing steel structure carry CE marking. With a CE mark, the manufacturer declares that all structural requirements have been met.
Execution Classes 3 and 4
Structures located near people are subject to different requirements than those that are never used by people. Therefore, structures are divided into different execution classes, ranging from Class 1, such as staircases and railings in residential buildings, to Class 4. Execution Classes 3 and 4 include, for example, large roof structures, train stations, towers, bridges, and football stadiums. In these classes, traceability of steel is mandatory. With our Heat-Resistant Weld Labels, you meet these requirements.
