Altec HotPaintCards are special flexible cards with a protective laminate. These labels are attached to metal parts or constructions before the blasting and powder coating process. After the treatment, you remove the protective laminate, and the HotPaintCard becomes fully readable and scannable again. This allows you to use QR codes and barcodes even during blasting, powder coating, and wet painting.

The Altec HotPaintCard can withstand temperatures up to 220 °C and features a convenient notch that makes it easy to remove the protective laminate from the card. The HotPaintCard is especially suited for companies involved in surface treatment.

Inline lamination
With the CL-2 Card Laminator, you can laminate large quantities of PVC cards instantly. With a simple action, you can laminate up to 20 cards per minute perfectly. Saving a significant amount of time compared to manual lamination with the CL-1 Card Laminator. When you place the CL-2 Laminator inline with the ICP-410, you can laminate cards automatically after printing. The ICP-410 passes the card directly to the CL-2 Laminator, allowing it to be laminated automatically after printing.
