WetPaintCard

For identification during the most extreme forms of blasting and wet painting, we developed the WetPaintCard. A robust card with an extra-thick protective laminate. After the process, the laminate is removed, making the information and barcodes readable and scannable again. This allows you to use QR codes and barcodes even during heavy blasting and wet painting.

WetPaintCards are special flexible cards with a protective laminate. These labels are attached to metal parts or constructions before the blasting and wet painting process.

Inline lamination
With the CL-2 Card Laminator, you can laminate large quantities of PVC cards quickly. With a simple action, you can laminate up to 20 cards per minute perfectly. This saves a lot of time compared to manually laminating PVC cards, which can be done with the CL-1 Card Laminator. Moreover, when you place the CL-2 Laminator inline with the ICP-410, you can laminate cards automatically after printing. The ICP-410 feeds the card directly into the CL-2 Laminator, allowing it to be laminated automatically after printing.
