External Label Rewinder

Want to automatically rewind labels after printing? Place the External Label Rewinder in front of your label printer and your printed labels will be automatically wound onto an empty core. Thanks to the built-in sensor, the pulling force and speed are adjusted to match your printer’s speed.

• Suitable for large and small labels: handles labels up to 125 mm wide
• Rewind large quantities of labels: with a roll diameter capacity of 220 mm
• High-speed rewinding: keeps up with any print speed up to 50 cm per second

How to use the External Label Rewinder

1. Place the insert into the empty core. Make sure the ends are aligned.
2. Remove the wheel from the Label Rewinder and place the empty core on the holder. Then reattach the wheel.
3. Print a few labels so that you can easily attach them to the empty core.
4. Guide the labels under the label guide and stick them to the empty core.
5. Connect the External Label Rewinder and select the winding direction using the switch.
6. Set the Label Rewinder to position 1. As soon as you start printing, the Rewinder will begin to rotate.
7. During printing, you can use the dial to adjust the rewinding speed to match your printer’s speed.
8. Stop the Label Rewinder by turning the dial to 0.
9. Turn the wheel slightly backward to release the tension from the labels, making them easier to tear off.
10. Rewind the remaining labels.
11. Remove the wheel from the Label Rewinder and take out the roll of labels.
