KettleTag | Print service

The KettleTag allows you to print and apply barcodes during the galvanizing process. This metal tag can be printed with text, images, and barcodes and is equipped with a special laminate. As a result, the label withstands both the chemical pretreatment and the 450 °C zinc bath.

Supplying data and logos
Always provide your data in the correct order in an Excel file. Ensure that all information intended for one tag is listed in a single row in Excel. The top row should contain the column headers.

Determining the order

• The order of the data in the Excel file determines the order in which the KettleTags are delivered. Row 1 in Excel = KettleTag 1 on the roll / Row 2 = KettleTag 2 / Row 3 = KettleTag 3, etc.
• Submit logos/images in high resolution or as a vector file. No logo file? Request the logo (preferably monochrome) from the person responsible for your company’s branding.

Packaging
We package the KettleTags on one roll as much as possible. Due to production and weight considerations, we may deviate from this. Prefer separate packaging? This is possible by creating a separate tab in Excel for each set, or by submitting multiple Excel files. The additional cost is €1.50 per extra package.
