Loftware Cloud Essentials

Loftware Cloud Essentials is the entry-level package within the Loftware Cloud family. It is ideal for organizations that want to design, manage, and print professionally without local servers and without complex workflow or compliance features. The solution runs entirely in the Microsoft Azure cloud and provides direct access to labels, templates, and users via the browser.

All designs and settings are stored centrally. As a result, labels are always available from any workstation, and time loss due to outdated or misplaced files is prevented. The software is automatically up to date, secure, and prepared for modern printing technologies.

Important to know:

• Loftware Cloud Essentials does not include an SQL database by default.
• You can purchase an SQL database add-on or connect your own SQL server within your existing IT environment.

An SQL database is essential when working with dynamic or larger datasets, such as item files, batch numbers, product data, or customer information. Without SQL, you can still design and print labels, but you are limited to manual data entry. An SQL database offers:

• Printing from multiple locations using the same dataset.
• Fast processing of large data volumes and complex fields.
