Email address for order confirmations
You can provide us with a standard email address where we can send order confirmations. To do so, please send an email to [email protected]
When you place an order before 2:00 PM, we will ship it the same day, provided the items are in stock. If an item is not available, this will be stated in your order confirmation. As a standard, we only ship complete orders, but if you prefer a partial delivery, this can be arranged — simply contact us by phone.
Shipping within the Netherlands
Deliveries within the Netherlands are shipped via GLS parcel service. For pallet shipments, please allow one extra working day for dispatch. Orders with a minimum value of €115.00 are shipped free of charge. For orders below this amount, a €12.00 shipping fee applies.
Shipping within the EU
Deliveries within the European Union are shipped free of charge for orders with a minimum value of €750.00. For orders below this amount, a €35.00 shipping fee applies.
Shipping outside the EU
Deliveries outside the European Union are shipped free of charge for orders with a minimum value of €750.00. For orders below this amount, a €99.00 shipping fee applies.

Many issues that appear to be defects can often be solved easily and remotely by our support team. If we determine that the printer is indeed defective, we will ask you to return it to us. Based on the serial number, we will check whether the printer is still under warranty for repair.
Printer under warranty?
You will receive a return number from us. Please send the printer for repair, clearly mentioning this number.
Printer out of warranty?
You will receive a quotation with the initial repair costs. Repair prices for Altec printers can also be found in the Altec repair price list. If the printer needs to be returned to the manufacturer, the costs may be higher. In that case, we will always contact you first. Once we receive written approval for the quotation, we will issue a return number. Please send the printer for repair, mentioning this number.
Repair time
The average repair time is 10 business days, unless the label printer needs to be returned to the manufacturer, in that case, it may take longer.
